I’M DR. NICOLE
After graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2014 with my Bachelor’s degree in life sciences and my Doctorates in Chiropractic I began practicing. During my first few years in practice, I trained with the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) completing my Webster technique certification and earning my CACCP, marking my successful completion of their 200-hour certification course in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care. I have also completed training with Functional Medicine University earning my CFMP (Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner) and World Coach Institute becoming a certified professional coach.
On a more personal note, I would like to give you a little bit of history about some of the things I have gone through that have led me to be the doctor and the woman I am today.
In 2016 I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Up until that point I believed myself to be “healthy” and attributed some of the mild symptomatology I had to being over stressed. Upon learning about this diagnosis, I had a choice, I could continue on the current path I was on, or I could make a change, I chose the latter. On my journey to improve my health I did functional medicine, and beyond that, as you read above, continued my education in that field receiving my CFMP. While I did learn a lot and made some great health improvements along the way, I still felt like there was something missing. This missing piece is what drove me straight down the path of personal development.
Personal development for me was the missing piece I had been searching for. This allowed me to tap into my mental and emotional health and grow in ways I never thought possible. This allowed me to consider the dreams I had for my life could actually be my reality. This allowed me to be brave enough to step away from working at a high-volume clinic to creating something really special for this community. This is also what lead me to get my coaching certification. As a woman, passionate about my health and living my best life I knew the support I received throughout this journey is something I wanted to give women just like me. Women who don’t want to settle for less. Women who don’t just want to feel good, they want to thrive. Women that want to have a family AND have a career. Women who want to make the “impossible”, possible. Women who want to create the lives for themselves that they so deeply desire and know they deserve.
While I was finally stepping into my power, creating this dream life for myself and this clinic for you, I found out I was pregnant. I will admit, at the time it was a little overwhelming considering everything that was going on but becoming a mother myself has had the biggest impact yet on my ability to be the incredible doctor I am today. Aidan Alexis was born on March 15th, 2021, and he is the reason I KNOW that women are superheroes. He is also the reason I know women everywhere need more love and support than I ever imagined possible, in their health and in their lives.
Because of my life and the things I have gone through I sought out to build a clinic where I could offer not only the best chiropractic health care in the area, but also the love and support so many women need on their journeys through life. I have taken the steps to implement physical, chemical and emotional health support in my clinic to ensure that you get the very best results and reach the goals you have for yourself.
I am absolutely honored to work with each and every person that I serve and am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their journey.
“I’m here to help.”
